Nexway is Japan’s leading provider of multimedia outbound services. The newly released service, based on the Web Content Management platform, SDL Tridion 2009, is called WebLink and enables organizations to launch multi-channel campaigns through web, e-mail and fax.
Nexway, originally known for its faxes services, extends its offering with WebLink, and now also includes web and e-mail communication. WebLink customers are now able to send out multi-channel campaigns through websites, e-mail and traditional fax channels and are also offered the possibility to analyze the status of a campaign and to update contact information on topics such as preferred communication channel and interest fields. This will enable the users of the platform to launch highly personalized campaigns which will increase conversation rates.
Nexway selected SDL Tridion 2009 to empower the platform because of its strong multi-channel delivery functionalities, based on SDL Tridion’s unique BluePrinting technology and strong integration capabilities.
